INGREDIENTS

2 burger buns
1 tomato, cut into pieces
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
1 lime, squeezed
½ avocado
Pepper and salt
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
½ head of iceberg lettuce
Cooking oil or butter

Texas BBQ burger

Preheat the oven to 100 C°.

STEP 1

Mix the tomato pieces with the red onion, chili pepper, lime juice and avocado pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Grill or fry the burger for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side with a little oil over medium heat.

STEP 3

Cut the buns in half and heat them in the oven for a few minutes. Take the bottom of the bun, place the fried burger on top, and top with a tablespoon of barbecue sauce and half of the greens. Finish with iceberg lettuce and the top of the bun.
