STEP 1
Chop the shallots and finely chop the garlic. Remove the broccoli florets from the stem, divide them into small pieces and rinse them. Wash the spinach leaves in cold water and place them in a colander.
STEP 2
Cook the penne al dente.
STEP 3
Put the olive oil in a deep pan (with a lid) and sauté the shallots for a few minutes over medium heat until they begin to brown. Add the Greenway "Just Like Chicken" Veggie Balls, the finely chopped garlic and the broccoli florets and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat with the lid on. Now add the young spinach leaves, along with the cream, vegetable bouillon and fresh basil. Mix together and simmer for a few more minutes on low heat.
STEP 4
Mix the cooked penne into the sauce and serve with some Parmesan cheese or a vegan alternative.
