Our Greenway plant-based farmer's sausage is our latest innovation, crafted with a unique combination of pea and soy proteins, onion, bell pepper, vegetable fibers, rapeseed and coconut oil, and a carefully selected blend of herbs. And a touch of magic, of course! Produced in Koekelare, Belgium, we are contributing to a plant-based future.

In May 2025, we starred in the popular program 'They say that' with Dina Tersago and Andy Peelman, where our farmhouse sausage passed the test with flying colors as "the best of the test," approved by 8 Ghent butchers and chef Dominique Persoone.

PREPARATION METHOD

Fry the country sausage in the pan with some vegetable oil or grill on the BBQ

INGREDIENTS

water, textured vegetable protein (pea, SOJA) 12%, rapeseed oil, SOJA protein 4%, coconut fat, dietary fiber, thickener: methyl cellulose, acidity regulator: buffered vinegar, aroma, vegetables and vegetable extracts (onion, bell bell pepper, garlic, beet), flaxseed meal, herbs and spices, salt, starch, preservative: sodium acetate, potassium salt, burnt sugar syrup, iron fumarate, vitamin B12, food acid: lactic acid, stabilizer: sodium alginate.
