STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180° hot air (or 200° top and bottom heat).Â
STEP 2
Mix the butternut slices, mushrooms and red onion with some olive oil, Provencal herbs, pepper and sea salt. Also mix the chipolata pieces with a little olive oil.
STEP 3
Remove the pizza bases from the package and roll out on two baking sheets, using the baking paper provided.
STEP 4
Spread each bottom with a few tablespoons of Pa'lais Sauce Shiitake and season with black pepper. Spread the vegetables and chipolata on top.Â
STEP 5
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the pizza dough is golden brown and crispy and the vegetables are cooked and browned edges.Â
STEP 6
Meanwhile, make the herb oil: Mix the sage and parsley leaves with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a generous pinch of salt and black pepper. Season with lemon juice.Â
STEP 7
Remove the pizza from the oven and finish with a few dashes of herb oil.
