haute dog with Greenway Chipolatas and veganaise or mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

4 hot dog buns
1 zucchini
1 red bell bell pepper
1 red onion
½ dl olive oil
100 g veganaise or mayonnaise
Splash of truffle oil
Pepper
100g arugula

Haute Dog with baked chipolata, grilled vegetables, red onion and truffle mayo

5 hot dogs

Preheat the oven to 180°.

STEP 1

Cut the zucchini vertically into long, thin strips. Also cut the bell bell pepper into strips and the onion into pieces. Mix with some olive oil in a baking dish and cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

STEP 2

Mix the mayonnaise or veganaise with a dash of truffle oil and black pepper.

STEP 3

Fry the chipolatas in butter or oil. We recommend that you first sear the chipolatas on high heat on all sides and then cook them on low heat.
