Greenway considers the following parameters to make good meat substitutes:
- Protein content above or equal to 10 grams / 100 grams
- Fats less or equal to 10 grams / 100 grams
- Saturated fat less or equal to 5 grams / 100 grams
- Salt less or equal to 1.6 grams / 100 grams
These parameters are recommended by the Supreme Health Council
