STEP 1
Toast the vegan rolls for a few minutes in a toaster or in the oven at 180°C. Cut in half horizontally if necessary.
STEP 2
Heat a non-stick pan with a dash of olive oil. Tear the Greenway "just like chicken" pieces into smaller pieces. Fry until tender and add the teriyaki sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes so that all the pieces get a layer of sauce. Then make 4 mounds in the pan. Place a Violife Gauda slice on each mound and turn off the heat. Let the cheese melt (with the lid on the pan, if necessary).
STEP 3
Mix the coleslaw with the vegan Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.Â
STEP 4
Using a hand blender, blend the avocado and cilantro into a sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
STEP 5
Spread the avocado sauce on the bottom parts of the sandwiches (optional: spread on the top as well) and top with the "kebab" and coleslaw. Enjoy.
