Ajouter l'ananas, le poireau, le brocoli, le poivron et le piment et faire sauter bri\u00e8vement. Ajouter ensuite l'eau et le lait de coco et assaisonner avec le curry et le bouillon en poudre. Couvrir et poursuivre la cuisson jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient al dente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 4<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ajouter ensuite le roux et remuer jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.
