Couper l'oignon, les carottes, la courgette, le poivron et le c\u00e9leri en petits d\u00e9s plus ou moins fins selon le go\u00fbt. Hacher l'ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer l'huile d'olive \u00e0 feu moyen et ajouter les l\u00e9gumes. Couvrir et cuire les 10 \u00e0 15 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres. Remuer de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter qu'ils  n'attachent. Ajouter un peu d'eau au besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les l\u00e9gumes sont cuits, ajouter les feuilles de laurier, le bouillon, les \u00e9pices pour spaghetti, les cubes et la pur\u00e9e de tomates et la coriandre moulue. Bien m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9duire le feu. Laisser mijoter la sauce pendant 15 minutes en remuant de temps en temps, afin qu'elle \u00e9paississe et lib\u00e8re tous les ar\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, faire frire la viande hach\u00e9e crue dans un peu de graisse et l'ajouter \u00e0 la sauce. (Si vous pr\u00e9parez la sauce avec de la viande hach\u00e9e Greenway, il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de la faire frire, il suffit de la saupoudrer).
