Couper le chou en lani\u00e8res, le rincer bri\u00e8vement et l'\u00e9goutter. Faire revenir le chou dans 35 g de beurre, saler et poivrer. Couvrir et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9craser les pommes de terre, ajouter 50 g de beurre et un filet de lait. Assaisonner avec de la noix de muscade, du poivre et du sel. Incorporer ensuite le chou fris\u00e9 cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire les chipolatas dans le reste du beurre jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient bien dor\u00e9es de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
