Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes et les faire revenir quelques minutes. Ajouter l'ail et bien m\u00e9langer.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 3<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ajouter les nouilles et joindre la sauce teriyaki, la sauce soja, l'huile Crispy Chili et l'eau. R\u00e9duire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le feu et remuer doucement pour que les nouilles soient bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9es aux l\u00e9gumes et \u00e0 la sauce et que tout cuise uniform\u00e9ment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 4<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ajouter le Hach\u00e9 Fin et faire sauter le tout bri\u00e8vement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9TAPE 5<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Garnir de piments hach\u00e9s et de quelques oignons frits.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ETAPE 1 Hacher finement l'ail.
