Cut in half horizontally if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat a non-stick pan with a dash of olive oil. Tear the Greenway \"just like chicken\" pieces into smaller pieces. Fry until tender and add the teriyaki sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes so that all the pieces get a layer of sauce. Then make 4 mounds in the pan. Top each mound with a Violife Gouda slice and turn off the heat. Let the cheese melt (with the lid on the pan, if necessary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the coleslaw with the vegan Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a hand blender, blend the avocado and cilantro into a sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread the avocado sauce on the bottom parts of the sandwiches (optional: spread on the top as well) and top with the \"kebab\" and coleslaw.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STAP 1 Rooster de vegan broodjes enkele minuten in een broodrooster of in de oven op 180\u00b0C.
