Depending on your preference, you can do this finely or coarsely. Also finely chop the garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat and add the sliced vegetables. Put the lid on the saucepan and stew the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally so they don't burn. If necessary, add a splash of water if you notice they are starting to brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When the vegetables are tender, add the bay leaves, bouillon, spaghetti seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and the coriander seed. Stir well and turn the heat down to low. Now let the sauce continue to simmer for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally so that it thickens nicely and all the flavors are released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, fry the raw minced meat in a little fat and add to the sauce. (If you make the sauce with Greenway minced meat you don't need to fry it, just sprinkle it in).
