Sift the flour into a large bowl and mix in all the other dry ingredients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 2<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the vegetable cooking butter, chocolate and water in a bowl and warm in the microwave (or simply in a saucepan on the stove) until the chocolate and butter are melted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 3<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients to form a homogeneous batter and add the vanilla extract. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper (round: 22 cm diameter \/ rectangular: 15 x 22 cm) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Allow the brownie to cool well before cutting.
